Assalamualaikum. Today I feel so dissapointed. Very very dissapointed because I see a people vaping in the car. I hate that kind of people. It shows that they do not have a proper manner. Because of that, I will post a new entry about e-ciggarete or VAPE ! I would like to share a little bit according to the VAPE issue that become a rumours among Malaysian nowadays. Electronic Cigarette that popular among Malaysian nowadays

E-cigarette become a hot issue among Malaysian. Many youth involved with VAPE. Besides, there are a few people who did not smoking but trying to consume VAPE. It becomes more embarrassing when a young lady also involved and consume VAPE. I have read that a VAPE Festival among teenagers. It very very decreasing the manners as a Muslim. The most popular reason among them to consume VAPE is they consume VAPE as a substitution from conventional cigarette in order to stop from consuming it. This kind of reason looks like they allowed the wider consuming of VAPE.

What is Electronic Cigarette? Electronic Cigarette can be define as Electronic Nicotine Delivery System or E-Cigarette is an innovation from the figure of conventional cigarette to modern cigarette. Nowadays, E-Cigarette also known as VAPE. VAPE has a variety of colour and favour. Because of that, most people prefer to consume it rather than conventional cigarette.

We have concern that 60 mg nicotine absorbed in blood vessels can kill an adult who do not smoking.

In Islam, Ulama' contended that the consuming of e-cigarette (VAPE) is prohibited/Haram. This is due to the several reasons:

-It is substitution of real cigarette

-Wasting

-Following the non-muslim culture

-Dishonorable

Regarding to the VAPE issue, I cannot deny that most people contended that consuming VAPE is an alternative way to help smoker in stop from smoking. This response is far from Shariah law because it contains tobacco element and nicotine that originally intoxicate and dangerous for health.

A lot of bad impact due to the VAPE consuming such as the young people become more aggressive and did not respect others. Vaping everywhere without concern others. Until the lady involved and join freely in vaping. Hence, Islam enhanced Muslim to avoid VAPE or cigarette It is better if we donate the money to mosque or helping the needy by feed them.

Last but not least, I really hope that my race especially Malay can change their habits and attitude to be more better by respecting Islam as a holy religion.

T.P.P.A -> What you need to know ?

Assalamualaikum. Hye visitors... :) Have a nice day. Alright. Today I want to post a new entry that quite hot nowadays. First of all,I want to apologize to you because this entry is quite long. The issue of T.P.P.A... What can you imagine through this word? Can't imagine anything? Me too. But after I read this issue in internet, now I know variety of feeling comes. I will brief to you what the T.P.P.A is all about?

The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) has been in the news a lot lately. Politicians, media practitioners and civil society have all commented extensively on it, both in favour of the deal and against.

What is T.P.P.A ?
T.P.P.A is a short form of Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement. It is an agreement that lead by United States of America and involved 11 countries including Malaysia.

Involved Countries : Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam and United States of America. China is excluding in this agreement.

Now, I will explain the purpose of T.P.P.A. It is important to recognise that in an increasingly globalised world, will impact that more nations working towards trade liberalisation free makets that will ultimately benefit the participating nations. T.P.P.A will reducing the trade barriers by providing Malaysian-owned businesses wider access to international markets and it will strengthen the country's economic growth. The recently negotiated agreement will provide local business with first ever Free-Trade Agreements between Malaysia and the 11 nations involved. In addition, it is to enhancing access to eight other markets. Some of the sectors that will benefit quickly in Malaysia are textiles, apparel, commodities and the electronics industry.

What is wrong in T.P.P.A ?
A lot of question come over mind. The way they held the discussion is secret and all the texts of discussion also secreted by them until after four years the agreement was agreed.

The benefits of T.P.P.A :
Currently, Malaysia is the third largest recipient of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Asean and T.P.P.A provides Malaysia a competitive edge among Asean countries to move further investment. T.P.P.A. According to Minister of International Trade and Industry , Mustapha Mohamed, all parties agreed to eliminate the duty import almost on all products under T.P.P.A.
Other than that, Malaysia has established strong foundations in technology, e-commerce and financial services. Together, with the removal of digital customs duties, localisation barriers and forced technology transfers, these benefits of T.P.P.A will boost Malaysia's vision of becoming an e-commerce and high-tech hub within the region. These steps will catalyse the efforts of Malasysian SME's to better participate in the global marketplace.
He add, the sensitivity issues raised also examined in the agreement including Bumiputera issue.

The disadvantages of T.P.P.A :
Indeed, the wider the marketplace, the higher the competition. Moreover, each nations have their own issues. Thus, with implemented the same standard for all nation will raise another issues.

A lot of opinion given by intellectual people including Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. Here, he said that the agreement made is a conspiration.

Overall, I thought that T.P.P.A has pros and cons. Several people agreed and some of them not. As a young people, what I need is the governments have to fulfill what contain in T.P.P.A. Examine wholly about T.P.P.A and not only follow the other fingers. It is crucial to reach out to the public, especially young people.

Today the world was shocked by the news of the attack that took place on the 'city of love' Paris. In the attack on Friday evening dozens of people have been killed and he was struck again when the French president described itself as unprecedented terrorist attack.

Many questions arise about events that break the heart of the French capital which left at least 127 people dead and injured. Maybe some question can not be answered whether in a day or even a week. According to an article I read, evidence to be in response to questions that trail through issues related by stage.
Through dirty tactics carried out by the terrorist, it is clear that they are very cunning to overthrow a country even religion. They are so cruel as willing to commit fraud for personal gain. No direct humanities properties in themselves. Human rights has become a toy. Leader this would not be required in a country.

Through dirty tactics like this, we can see how ruthless leader who is willing to resort to violence in their own country. They do not seem dignified self-interest. WHAT HAPPENED TO MALAYSIAN NOW ?

Innocence babies were dumped anywhere

What are your feeling during look at the pictures above? Angry? Sad? Disappointing? I can guess... The answer is YES !

Last holiday, I was visited to my cousin's house who was just delivered a baby. Her baby is so cute. The baby boy! I am so excited and happy to see the baby. At a moment, I am starring at the baby face and remembered to the hot issues about "Baby Dumping".

Usually, the case occur between a couple who do not married yet. An irresponsibility man make a women make an alternative by dumping the baby. What do you call mothers who dump their babies and fathers who run away when they know a baby is on the way? Unmentionables, but since this is family publication, let's just call them monsters.

Our country unmarried teenage pregnancies has a chronic increase recently and many young mums to be are estranged from their families. As a muslim, we believe that child is a priceless gift from Allah SWT. However, lately the baby dumping cases happen almost every day. Teenage parents give birth in a motel room and leave the child for dead in a garbage. A girl gives birth in a school bathroom at night and throws the baby into the garbage. These stories relate to one of the most frightening realities of our culture today.

How could this problem keep on happening? There are many factors that cause this problem continuously occurring in Malaysian society. Lifestyle of teenagers itself, for example when they are in campus or in college, the teenagers are free act without parent’s control. Some of them date and try to do something as couple. Sometimes they can make ‘‘something’’ out of their mind in which turning out to be out of their own expectation. Just start with going out for a dinner by riding the same vehicle together. If it is just for a dinner, then there is no problem. But if the dinner’s over and they’re still together alone in a car, then that is not right and ‘something’ bad can happen. Perhaps that ‘’something’’ can be call it as sumbang mahram or zina in Malay Language.

Unmarried Couple

Every boy and girl has to know their limitation of relationship. Parents should play their role in order to prevent their own children from social problem. Parents should give awareness about the dangerous of baby dumping, introduce true Islam to the children especially to the muslim youth about halal and haram in opposite sex relationship.

Besides that, by celebrating New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day are also the factors of baby dumping to happen. Most of the teenagers were easily cajoled into having unmarried sex because they were naïve. During the New Year celebration and Valentine Day celebration, many of teenage girls cheated by their boyfriends, saying that they had to prove their love to their boyfriends by having sex together. As a naïve teenager of course they will do and give everything for their sweetheart without thinking about the sins and problem that might be happening in the future.

Once the teenagers find themselves pregnant, they are about to fend for themselves, and they became estranged from their family after they know about the pregnancy. Thus, causes the young mums to be scared in dealing with feelings of fear, anger, disappointment and confusion, therefore they take the easiest and fastest way out by abandon or worse, by killing the baby (abortion, baby dumping).

The social stigma attached to premarital pregnancies forces them to conceal and abandon the babies, leading to horrifying deaths. As long as society refuses to accept reality, baby dumping will continue to be a social whip in our country. Parents have to be more open and supportive to help their girls manage their pregnancies. This should not be viewed as condoning premarital sex. There is indeed a need for change of mindset and the way of managing something in which had been done, in this case the premarital sex.

On top of that, the widespread access to porn and weakened family ties also has a link to the baby dumping. Effects from globalization nowadays, youth today can easily have access to pornography online, even through their mobile phones. The parents should play a role in controlling their children’s activities inside and outside of the house. They should know their children going out with whom and where did they go in order to avoid their children from unhealthy activities and involve with social problem.

Poverty is also another factor that causes child dumping. Poor social welfare systems, not capable to pay the medical bills and not financially capable of taking care of a child are more likely the factors to dump the baby. Political conditions, such as difficulty in adoption proceedings, may also contribute to child dumping. “Having one’s first child is the most stressful experience someone can go through. Young mothers can be vulnerable, especially if they are alone and do not have the experience or social support to cope.”-Dr Boulton, a child psychologist at the University of Keele.

Effects of baby dumping are on individuals itself, the baby and society. On infants, it will give a problem cause contempt regarded by society as adults, problems if you want to marry because there is no guardian and it will difficult for schools because there is no birth registration. It may effects on society too. The abortion will be mimicked by others. On individuals, it can cause psychological effects on the mental and emotions after marriage, such as depression, especially when age is often thought of as the content is never removed.

The government, families, and communities should take the role to overcome the baby dumping problem. There are no easy solutions, and so we are required to expand our efforts to reach prevention at a standstill. Steps must be taken to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Sexuality education, for example the Ministry of Education agreed to implement a sex education. Recommends communities provide comprehensive sexuality education to youths and families. Education should strive to increase communication among youth, families, and communities thus, can minimize the shame on unwanted pregnancy and make young people want to take advantage off supports and services in their families and communities.

In Conclusion, we can’t point our finger to anyone we want, but this time we have to examine the best solution to reducing this social problem together.

Having sex after marriage is safer and it can reduce the abortion and baby dumping rate. It also helps us be more responsible and not to have sex just to satisfy our lust”.
